ATMdesk - Independent Diagnostics Solution

ATMdesk is a stand alone diagnostics solution for NCR* 56xx, Personas* 58xx and SelfServe*66xx ATMs. ATMdesk is a complete replacement for NCR ATM hardware diagnostics. ATMdesk is now available to order on the TestLink ATM Parts website.

ATMdesk is designed to make the everyday task of ATM maintenance easier, faster and more cost effective than ever!

· Security

ATMdesk is not installed on the ATM's hard drive and leaves no traces within the ATM giving peace of mind when it comes to ATM software security.

· First Time Fix

ATMdesk enables detailed test printouts which accurately pinpoint the exact fault. This will increase first time fixes as the field engineer will have better information to fix the problem in the ATM.

· Parts Usage

The accuracy of pinpointing the ATM fault with ATMdesk ensures a decrease in parts usage. Knowing the fault in more detail enables the engineer to use the correct parts to fix the problem, thus not wasting unnecessary parts.

· Speed

ATMdesk takes only two to three minutes to start up. It also finds defective devices quicker than other diagnostic tools. ATMdesk determines the fault exactly within the device and decodes it. Engineers can then start fixing the problem much faster.

· Cost

ATMdesk makes the expensive and often unavailable NCR FE (Field Engineer) Key and NCR Diagnostic Status Code Book unnecessary. ATMdesk licenses can be purchased easily from TestLink and loaded onto a linux removable disc or dongle. No other equipment will be needed for the diagnostic software.

· Compatibility

ATMdesk supports all 53xx (EasyPoint) 56xx, 58xx (Personas), Personas-M and 66xx (SelfServ) ATM series. It also supports all the most common devices of these NCR ATMs.

· Free Upgrades

ATMdesk offers all users of ATMdesk the latest versions of ATMdesk online automatically. All updates are posted online and available to all ATMdesk users.

· Flexible Licensing

ATMdesk licenses are loaded on to an ATMdesk key. There are three types of ATMdesk licenses to choose from:

- 'Use' limited license - pay per use - A certain number of ATMdesk 'uses' is purchased. One ATMdesk start up (ATM boot) is counted as one 'use'.
This is recommended for one use or less per working day

- 'Time' limited license - pay - for time (in months) - A certain amount of ATMdesk 'time' (in months) is purchased.
This is recommended for one use or more per working day

- Unlimited license - pay once and use forever - The key device is valid for unrestricted use of ATMdesk on any ATM as many times as you wish.
This is recommended for one use or more per working day over 18 months or more.

· Range of Products

There are six different ATMdesk products available:

- ATMdesk/2 for NCR 56xx and Personas 58xx ATMs

- ATMdesk/S for SelfServ 66xx ATMs

- ATMdesk/Pro for NCR 56xx, Personas 58xx and SelfServ 66xx

- ATMdesk/Repair for workshops repairing NCR ATM modules

- ATMdesk/Remote for remote ATM diagnostics

- ATMdesk/Demo for evaluation on NCR 56xx, Personas 58xx and SelfServ 66xx
