ATMdesk is a low-cost stand alone diagnostic software for NCR 56xx, Easypoint (53xx), Personas (58xx) and SelfServ (66xx) ATMs.
ATMdesk completely replaces NCR ATM hardware diagnostics securely, simply and cost effectively.
To ensure complete ATM security, ATMdesk is not installed on the machine's hard drive. It boots directly from a removable Linux disk (floppy, flash or CD) - leaving no trace within the ATM.
ATMdesk aims to provide ATM engineers and service providers with the tools they need to improve productivity by pinpointing faults quickly.
Determining the fault within the device and decoding it - ATMdesk increases the number of first time fixes and reduces part usage.
