TestLink offers innovative repair, distribution and inventory management solutions. We are committed to maintaining our leadership as a provider of quality services for our industry.

Our policy is to continually improve all aspects of the business to ensure our services and products meet with our customers' total satisfaction.

Our goal therefore, is to ensure that we maintain an environment in which every employee is fully committed to the highest standards of personal quality and that all products and services supplied by TestLink shall be fully capable of meeting all the customers' requirements.

The overall requirements of TestLink's Quality Management System are in accordance with ISO9001:2000. The senior management team reviews this system twice per year in order that its effectiveness may be continually improved.

Our aims and goals are contained in our business plan and quality management system.  These are measurable objectives, which are communicated to the employees via regular briefing meetings.

Our service credibility has produced confidence within our customers. Repeat business is a key aspect of our trading. We are always looking for ways to improve and develop our service.

The Senior Management Team will review this policy on an annual basis to ensure that it continues to reflect the aims and objectives of the company.
