About the Course |
ATM engineer training course covering the field repair of standard NCR ATM models in the 56XX and 58XX range (excludes CPM, BNA and GBNA/GBRU). |
Course Objectives |
At the end of the course, the ATM engineer will be able to repair and carry out maintenance on the listed ATM models. |

- Module removal and refitting
- Module strip down, clean and rebuild
- Module adjustments
- ATMdesk diagnostics

Entry Requirements/Qualifications/ Pre-Requisites |
ATM engineers will need to have good mechanical and basic electrical experience. They would also need to have experience of first line maintenance procedures. |
Equipment Requirements |
TestLink will provide the ATMs, ATM training manual & workbook and ATMdesk CD (unlicensed self test only version). The manual and CD are for the engineer to take away and use in the field. |
Assessment |
Fault finding exercises will be covered during the whole course. A written test will be administered at the end of the course to test the understanding and grasp of the subjects. |
Progression |
After confidently completing this course, engineers are recommended to move on to the NCR 66XX Second Line Maintenance update.
