The Position:

Qualifications:
You will be typically educated to degree level and with a technical background and must possess a minimum of 3 years at a senior level within the electronic/outsourcing industry.

The ATM Production Supervisor is responsible for the Supervision of teams and 'trouble shooting' from a technical perspective in all areas of TestLink's UK ATM production workshops.
The ideal candidate will be market knowledgable and, specifically, experienced in the repair/refurbishment of NCR and/or other manufacturer's ATM systems. It is expected the applicant will have a proven track record in a supervisory role within a service or workshop environment, and be a logical and process driven problem solver that is able to remain calm under tight customer deadlines.
This role is based in TestLink's Poole facility working a 5 day 37.5 hour week, infrequent travel to a customer site or to TestLink's Prague facility may be required.
In return the suitable candidate can expect a good basic salary with divisional performance bonus delivering in the order of £30K, plus benefits of 23 days a year holiday, and following probation, a non-contributory pension and death in service benefit.
