TestLink are seeking a high calibre individual who will be responsible for the Management of the UK Production Workshop(s) with the objectives being to motivate and drive the teams to the successful accomplishment of agreed targets and goals. The Production manager is expected to operate within a framework of procedures and specific targets in pursuit of overall Company goals and objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

You will possess a good broad-based technical and product knowledge in electronics servicing with recognised qualifications in Supervision and/or Supervisory skills or via training workshops. You must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral, be motivated, analytical with strong organisational skills.
