What will your role be?
You'll be supporting our Service Delivery Manager and together you’ll have ownership of large key contracts, with overall responsibility for ensuring that TestLink is delivering on all obligations and exceeding customer expectations. Using your fine-tuned organisational skills, you will liaise with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Stock Management, Technical Support, and Production to gather data and report on KPIs. You’ll proactively monitor contract performance and work fast to rectify any complications.
As a key point of contact for our customer you will be building and developing important relationships. You will use your knowledge of our customer’s business and the wider market to identify additional sales opportunities and assist in turning customer requirements into detailed proposals.
You will provide 1st line support to the customer, responding to queries and, if required, effectively escalate complex issues to the Service Delivery Manager. In addition to the day-to-day, you’ll oversee projects from kick-off to completion.
Is this role right for you?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a good communicator, with some customer management experience already under your belt (customer service, account management, inside sales or sales support). You are just as comfortable presenting to customers face to face as you are negotiating on the phone. You’ll need to be assertive and diplomatic, with the ability to tailor your communication style when working with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation.
Generating reports and analysing data will be an important part of your work, so you’ll need to be handy with a pivot table.
This is very much a proactive role and would suit you if you enjoy working with people, have a strategic approach and get that buzz from helping customers and hitting targets.

This is an office-based role, working from our Head Office in Poole, with occasional visits to customer sites located throughout Europe.
