What will your role be?
You will have full responsibility for the maintenance and administration of our HR systems and processes, and over time, implement your own ideas of how we can streamline these and increase efficiencies. For example, you’ll organise training and gather feedback, coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process and document significant meetings and events, such as promotions, reviews, disciplinaries and performance management.
You will work together with our HR Business Partner to deliver a successful recruitment function and ensure a positive candidate experience. You’ll process applications, conduct telephone interviews and provide applicant feedback.
You’ll also get to work on a number of other projects designed to facilitate the ongoing growth of the business by attracting, retaining and training the company’s biggest asset, our people. As well as taking the lead in a number of your own projects, such as organising company events and staff activities.
Is this role right for you?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need good organisational skills, great attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will be comfortable phoning candidates and responding to employee queries and keen to develop your HR knowledge.
