HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator

Location Poole, Dorset
Salary £18000 to £22000

We have the ideal opportunity for an aspiring HR professional with experience in HR support, administration or recruitment, to join a growing international company.

This is not just a job, it’s a chance to build a rewarding career in Human Resources.

Is this a company you can build your career with?

You will be supported by our 28 years of experience and will benefit from the knowledge that has been built up through our growth so far; thriving through two recessions and expanding into Europe and the USA. Like many successful companies in the industry, we know that continued evolution and innovation are vital, so you'll be joining a forward-thinking culture, a place where you can learn and progress, but also be supported in implementing your own ideas.

What will your role be?

You will have full responsibility for the maintenance and administration of our HR systems and processes, and over time, implement your own ideas of how we can streamline these and increase efficiencies. For example, you’ll organise training and gather feedback, coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process and document significant meetings and events, such as promotions, reviews, disciplinaries and performance management.

You will work together with our HR Business Partner to deliver a successful recruitment function and ensure a positive candidate experience. You’ll process applications, conduct telephone interviews and provide applicant feedback.

You’ll also get to work on a number of other projects designed to facilitate the ongoing growth of the business by attracting, retaining and training the company’s biggest asset, our people. As well as taking the lead in a number of your own projects, such as organising company events and staff activities.

Is this role right for you?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need good organisational skills, great attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will be comfortable phoning candidates and responding to employee queries and keen to develop your HR knowledge. This is a proactive role and would suit you if you have a passion for people and business and want to help us become an award-winning employer.

If you have a relevant qualification or degree, great. If it's with a CIPD accreditation, even better. If you already have HR and recruitment experience, perfect! But if you don't, let's arrange a chat and we can discuss how your skills and experience could help TestLink grow.

The Package

In addition to success, job satisfaction, opportunities for training and self-development, you'll also get;
