Service Delivery Manager

We are now looking for a talented Partnership Service Delivery Manager to help us in our journey to achieving this goal. What will your role be?
You'll have full ownership of large key contracts, with overall responsibility for ensuring that TestLink is delivering on all obligations and exceeding customer expectations. Using your fine-tuned communication, negotiation and organisational skills you will liaise with, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Stock Management, Technical Support, and the Global Account Director to ensure successful delivery of our services. You’ll proactively monitor contract performance and work fast to rectify any complications.
As the key point of contact for our customer you will be building and developing important relationships. You will use your knowledge of our customer’s business and the wider market to identify additional sales opportunities and then turn customer requirements into detailed proposals.
We will provide you with all the tools you’ll need (CRM system, sales administration support, marketing materials, attendance at conferences and exhibitions) for you to be able to apply your deal winning sales skills and persuasive communication style to secure additional business.
Is this role right for you?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a good all-rounder with some technical or complex solution-based sales experience already under your belt (field sales, business development, inside sales or account management). You are just as comfortable presenting to customers face to face as you are negotiating on the phone. You’ll need to be assertive and diplomatic, with the ability to tailor your communication style when working with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation.
This is very much a proactive role, and would suit you if you enjoy independence, a strategic approach and get that buzz from helping customers and hitting targets.

This is an office-based role, working from our Head Office in Poole, with occasional visits to customer sites located throughout Europe.
