Advance Exchange
For our customers who need parts repaired urgently, we provide an Advance Exchange service which cuts out the repair time completely. Supporting a wide range of NCR, Wincor, Hyosung, Triton, Genmega and Diebold parts, we are able to dispatch parts to anywhere in the world. All TestLink parts are sold under the Advanced Exchange program and come with our ‘no quibble’ 90-day guarantee.
Once an order for a replacement part is placed, TestLink will send the replacement part out immediately. Within seven days of receipt, you then send us your defective part. Once the part is received and validated, TestLink will issue a credit for the difference between the cost of the new and repaired part.
