Full Time Permanent Role

Salary: £18,525 (£9.50ph) After Probation goes up to £19,500 (£10ph)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Location: 1 Factory Road, Upton, Poole. BH16 5SJ

Plus 23 days holiday, rising with service at 1 and 2 years, plus all bank holidays.

This full-time position, working in our Poole facility, is more than just a job, it is the chance to kick-start an electrical or mechanical engineering career. A great opportunity for anyone with experience as a Manufacturing or Factory Operative, Repair Technician, Assembly Technician, Machine Operator, Wireman, Tester, Production Assistant, or something completely different if you want to train and learn.

What will your role be?

You will get to use your natural flair for logic and problem solving to deliver the company’s ATM repair function. The Production team has a wide and varied remit, working to repair or refurbish a range of ATM parts and modules. You’ll be taking apart electrical and mechanical components, assessing them, cleaning them, repairing them, testing them and reassembling them. You will have the opportunity to learn several new skills, or advance existing ones, such as fault diagnostics and soldering, as well as gaining experience is different cells with the chance to specialise as you progress.

Is this role right for you?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be bright, keen to learn and develop and enjoy working in an active and practical environment. You will be comfortable using several tools or interested in learning how to. This is a proactive role and would suit you if you like to fix things and enjoy being hands-on.

If you have experience in any roles related to production, repair services or refurbishment, great. If it's from within an electrical or mechanical environment, even better.
