International Sales Executive

Salary: Basic salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus structure    OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Core Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Flexible)

Office Location: Upton, Poole – BH16 5SJ (Hybrid Working)

Plus 23 days holiday, rising with service at 1 and 2 years, plus all bank holidays.

Job Description

Over 30 years ago we had a vision, to build one of the biggest and best ATM parts and service businesses in the world. We are now looking for a talented Spanish, French or German speaking International ATM Part Sales Executive to help us in our journey to achieving this goal.

What will your role be?

We will provide you with all the tools you’ll need (CRM system, head office support, marketing materials) for you to be able to apply your deal winning sales skills and persuasive communication style to secure new business.

You'll have ownership of growing our ATM Parts market share in your own designated geographic region, focusing on Financial Institutions, ATM Service organisations and Independent ATM Deployers. Using your experience, drive and tenacity, you'll be identifying potential new customers, growing existing accounts, qualifying opportunities, creating new business relationships and closing deals.

This is a predominantly office-based role, so you must be comfortable selling and generating leads over the phone.

Is this role right for you?

To succeed in this role, you must have some previous experience working in sales, business development, inside sales or telemarketing, gained in a fast-paced environment. This is very much a proactive role, and would suit you if you enjoy independence, a strategic approach and get that buzz from selling, helping customers and hitting targets.

You must have fluent language skills in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French and German.

If you have a HND or degree, great. If it's in a technical discipline, even better. If you already have technical parts or service experience, perfect! But if you don't, let's arrange a call and we can discuss how your skills and experience could help TestLink grow.
