Our Leadership Team
Chief Executive Officer
Victoria has global responsibility for the TestLink businesses, working to sustain growth and enter new markets. She joined the business in 2018 to build a strategic HR function, before spending three years leading TestLink’s North American operation, taking the baton from the founding MD to become CEO in June 2023. Starting her career as a Business Development Manager in the telecoms industry, Victoria has a strong track record of building teams and producing high growth phases.
Global Sales Director
Seb joined TestLink in 2001 as a trainee technician. Over the last 21 years, he has progressed into various management roles, including leading the production department, ATM refurbishment division, global parts sales team and developing our North American operations Seb now draws on his skills and experience as our Global Sales Director.
Operations Director
Ruben is currently heading up TestLink’s EMEA operations, leading the delivery of continuous business improvement . He is a graduate of our successful in-house Leadership Development Program. Shortly after joining the production team in 2017, his potential was identified, and he wasted no time in taking every opportunity to develop his core skills while building business and industry knowledge. Ruben continues to successfully evolve our operations in line with our growth and expansion into new markets.
Director, TestLink USA
Matthew began his career in the ATM industry 20 years ago, he joined TestLink from another Brinks Company business, PAI, in July 2023. His background in workshop and warehouse operations, supply chain and service delivery are the foundation to his successful management of our North American operations, facilitating our continued growth in the region.
Finance Director
Sam is a Chartered Certified Accountant, joining in 2025 to lead TestLink’s Finance function globally. He trained in Practice, gaining 10 years’ experience across financial reporting, audit and corporate taxes, before moving in-company with an international, publicly traded business. Sam’s key responsibilities include maintaining our robust financial controls and developing financial reporting insights to facilitate growth.
