Diebold Product Engineer – 37.5 hours – Poole,UK - Salary dependant on experience

What will your role be?

You will play a key role in growing and improving TestLink’s inhouse knowledge regarding Wincor and Diebold ATMs, enabling us to continue to develop repair and refurbishment processes. You’ll be our resident expert, assisting both colleague and customers with technical challenges relating to the Diebold technology, via phone, video calls and in-person. You’ll assist in developing and delivering technical training both within our workshop and customer sites, as well as supporting our sales and procurement teams with product specific knowledge.

As part of the wider Engineering Team you’ll work on projects to refine our vehicle tech kits, develop field -fixable components and improve security devices.

Is this role right for you?

To succeed in this role you’ll need to have a good understanding of both new and legacy Diebold equipment. You will have spent time as a Field Engineer maintaining Wincor and/or Diebold Nixdorf ATMs or worked as a Senior Workshop Technician or similar repairing and refurbishing Wincor and/or Diebold ATM modules.

You’ll use your logical and methodical approach to prepare clear and concise documentation, be well organised with some experience of managing others and/or small projects and a self starter, able to focus on the immediate requirements and plan for other tasks. You’ll make great use of your natural trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
